My philosophy is simple. I want to live a balanced, healthy life, and I want YOU to live your life this way too! With over 32 years in the food service industry, including cooking in restaurants, kitchen management, event and banquet coordination, and 13 years as an owner and personal chef, I’ve channeled my passion for personalized and creative cooking into every aspect of my career. This passion is what inspired me to create Crafty Kitchen, LLC, and now, it has culminated in the publication of my first cookbook, "Four Course Menus for Four Quarter Games". I am thrilled to share this new venture with you!
