My philosophy is simple. I want to live a balanced, healthy life, and I want YOU to live your life this way too! I have been in the foodservice industry for over 32 years including cooking in restaurants, kitchen management, event and banquet coordination and possess ten+ years as an owner & personal chef. What I love the most is personalized and creative cooking which being a personal chef allows me to do.

Your ingredients are shopped and made fresh specifically for your event. Nothing is frozen ahead. We clean and sanitize our work surfaces and your dining area upon arrival and before we depart. Our skilled staff takes explicit care of you and your guests with the utmost attention to every detail. We are servicing YOU, and not several other tables or parties.
